Donations in Kind

As a non-profit organization driven by volunteers, the Heart of Richmond AIDS Society needs your help in all different ways. Every penny raised goes directly to programs for our members living with HIV. You can help by considering a GIFT IN KIND donation.

What is a GIFT IN KIND?

Donations for Members Programs

Non-perishable food items
Vitamins
Cleaning supplies
Women’s feminine products and/or men’s products
New or slightly used household items
Everyday house products

Donation Items for Fundraising Events

Gift cards (spa, dinners, hotels, etc.)
Art
Jewelry
Sports tickets
Kids/adult sporting equipment
Popular household items (small kitchen appliances, tools, etc.)

Items donated over $10 will receive a tax receipt for the value of the item. Monetary donations are still greatly appreciated as well. If you would like to donate a GIFT IN KIND or need more information, please contact us.
