Grocery Assistance Program

The Grocery Assistance Program is accessible to members living in low-income households (those whose income is less than $25,500 per year) and who have provided proof of income to The Heart of Richmond AIDS Society. Running from January to December, it is based on funding and gives preference to Richmond residents who have been members for a minimum of 3 months. Grocery assistance is limited to a maximum of $50/month per individual and $70/month to members with one or more children under the age of 18. Funds are given out in the form of grocery gift cards.
