The Heart of Richmond AIDS Society offers FREE income tax filing services for members each year. To qualify, members must be HIV-positive and part of a low-income household. Our tax accountant will work with you to perform simple tax returns only – this does not include investment earnings, self-employment or business income, or rental income returns.
