The Supplementary Health Fund is accessible to members living in low-income households (those whose income is less than $32,000 per year) and who have provided proof of income to The Heart of Richmond AIDS Society. The total amount accessible for the January to December period is $150. For qualifying members, this sum can only be used for large-tickets services such as dental work or prescription glasses.
