Office Manager
As a Richmond resident of 30+ years, Carl has seen a lot of change and growth in surrounding communities. His past experience in the hospitality industry has taught him much about customer service, compassion and empathy towards others. Volunteering in his spare time is an opportunity to give back to the community.
Riya Pathak
Outreach Case Manager
Riya has joined the organization as a Outreach Case Manager in 2023, she is passionate about understanding human behavior which led to studying Psychology. Riya’s background is in community and mental health services, she provides care and support to members with empathy and kindness.
